Wash, pit and peel the apricots. Chop the apricots and wet them with a few drops of lemon.
Put the apricots in a mixing bowl along with the mint leaves. Add yogurt and Dolcedì.
Blend everything until the mixture is smooth and velvety. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with half the apricot and a few mint leaves. Refrigerate and serve cold.
