Fiordifrutta Raspberry Christmas Cookies

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2/3 cup tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 jar of Fiordifrutta Raspberry


To prepare the cookies, start by placing the flour, sugar, butter, honey, eggs, cloves, cinnamon, and yeast in a large bowl; mix the ingredients well until the dough is even and smooth.Wrap the dough in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.After an hour, take the dough and roll it out on a pastry board about 2 inches thick. Use cookie cutters to cut the dough into pairs of festive shapes and cut holes into the center of those shapes.Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, giving them room to expand slightly.When you have filled the first pan, bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes. When the cookies have cooled, spread Fiordifrutta Raspberry in the center and pair them two by two. Enjoy!
