For the meringue
  • 3 egg whites
  • 200g icing powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
For the decoration
  • Nocciolata
  • chocolate eggs
  • sprinkles


Whip the egg whites until stiff. Gently stir in the sugar and cornstarch.

Using a pastry bag, shape meringue nests on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 2 hours at 120°C. Let cool on a rack.

Decorate the meringue nests with Nocciolata, chocolate eggs and a few sugar pearls.
