Our certifications: a testament to our mission.

  • Organic certification

    In 1992 Rigoni di Asiago obtained its first organic certification. The certifying body is Bioagricert Srl, a body authorized by the Italian Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry Policies

  • Kosher Certification

    It identifies food that is fit for consumption and complies with Kosher food standards. The word “kosher ” or “kasher” means “compliant with the law,” “suitable,” or “permitted” with reference to the dietary rules of the Jewish religion.

  • Vegan Certification

    Vegan Certification: It ensures that the product is compliant with certain quality standards that do not involve the use of food, ingredients, additives and processing aids of animal origin, or that are produced from genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

  • BRC FOOD certification

    BRC FOOD certification: It ensures the quality and safety of food products and ensures that they are produced according to specific quality standards and in compliance with minimum requirements.  Its aim is to enhance and promote food security throughout the supply chain.

  • IFS certification

    IFS certification: It is an international standard for food suppliers. Its aim is to promote the effective selection of GDO food suppliers based on their ability to provide safe products that comply with contractual specifications and legal requirements.

  • NON GMO

    The Non-GMO Project’s stated mission is “to preserve and build sources of non-GMO products, educate consumers, and provide verified non-GMO choices”. It provides third-party verification and labeling for non-genetically modified food and products

  • USDA Organic

    USDA Organic logo certifies that the product is officially recognized as organic by the Federal Laws of the United States of America
